Loiston is a Finnish company which specializes in industry specific business to business software (B2B) and we produce products and services related to operational control and information management.
Our software can be easily used as a cloud service or installed in the customer's own server environment.
We are a full-service software house and we can build software packages that are just right for your company. We have long and stable roots, which is why our software is also very reliable.
SUSTAINABILITY
Our goal is also to be at the forefront of the world's climate actions and of the development of the sustainability and responsibility practices. Today, Loiston's own operations are already carbon neutral in many core operations. The biggest sources of our consumption, such as the energy use of our offices and servers and the heating of the premises, are either carbon neutral or carbon negative. By becoming our cloud service customer, you can significantly reduce your own organization's carbon footprint.
We strive for social responsibility in our business and our goal is to create an equal and safe work environment for all employees and job seekers regardless of age, gender, skin color or religious background. LOISTON CULTURE
We employ full-time and part-time experts and comply with the principles of the Equality Act. In 2022, the share of women in our workforce was 50 percent. In particular, we are often looking for .NET/C# programmers. In general, we emphasize competence and learning ability more strongly than a certain kind of background. So if you are a highly skilled programmer, previous experience with these languages is not necessary.
